Data Deletion Instructions

Workation OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16251448, address Meistri tn 6, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia) processes data you send to our Instagram and Facebook accounts through the "Workation Messaging API" app. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@workation.ee with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the message "Delete my data" to our Instagram or Facebook account.
2. Include your Instagram username or Facebook name so we can find your data.
3. We will delete your messages, profile data and related records within 30 days and confirm by reply. Data we must keep by law (for example invoices for completed bookings) will be kept only for the legally required period.

Removing the app connection

You can also remove access in your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, then remove the app.
