Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Workation OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16251448, address Meistri tn 6, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia) ("Workation", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you contact us through our Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages (including razumnotravel and "Путешествуй вместе"), our websites, or our messaging integrations built on the Meta Platform (the "Workation Messaging API" app).

1. Data we collect

  • Your Instagram or Facebook public profile information (name, username, profile picture, page-scoped or Instagram-scoped user ID).
  • The content of messages and comments you send to our accounts, including attachments.
  • Information you choose to give us to arrange travel services (for example travel dates, number of travellers, contact details).

2. How we use it

  • To read and answer your messages and comments and to provide customer support.
  • To prepare quotes, bookings and other travel services you request.
  • To keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect, and do not use data received from Meta for advertising profiling.

3. Legal basis

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Sharing

Data is accessible only to Workation staff and contractors who handle customer communication, and to service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, CRM). Travel suppliers receive only the data needed to fulfil a booking you asked for.

5. Retention

Message data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer retention (for example accounting records for bookings).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). To delete your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
