These Terms govern your use of the messaging and customer-support services provided by Workation OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16251448, address Meistri tn 6, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia) through Instagram, Facebook and our websites.
We use our messaging integration to receive and answer your enquiries about travel services. Information given in messages (prices, availability) is indicative until confirmed in a written booking confirmation.
You agree not to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content and not to misuse our accounts or integrations.
Any booking is governed by the specific offer, invoice and supplier conditions confirmed to you in writing.
Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability of those platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the messaging service.
